Technical writer (Azure)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Financial Client, I am seeking for a Technical writer for a position in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in technical writing, Azure and Banking.

36- 40 hours

2 - 3 year project

Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

The project and responsibilities:

We need someone that is self-propelled, detail oriented and can translate all our technical awesomeness into high-quality documentation! Next to work the PCP Grid is a grid in which we occasionally play (digital) games, have lunch together on office days and fosters a climate where everyone can be themselves.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a heart for producing high quality documentation appropriate to its intended audience.

Develop clear and concise technical documentation including manuals, guides, and tutorials.

• Obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and technology from subject matter experts and create process documentation, procedure manuals, and technical specifications.
• Organize and present complex information in an easy-to-understand format for the target audience.
• Write easily understandable text for UI, developer guides, and online help.
• Prepare tutorials to assist users in using a variety of products.
• Revise and update documentation as new product features or updates are released.
• Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and guidelines.

Must haves:

• Cloud Experience (Azure) (Must)
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Ability to work with engineers to enhance user experience, improve content, and prepare illustrations and diagrams for technical support content.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and convert them into easy-to-understand text and pictures.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).
