Reflecting on our firsts together: • Our first interview back in Oct 2019 • Our first in-person meeting during the digital summit in Singapore in Feb 2020 just before the COVID lockdown • Planning the 5 levels of digital support timeline for each country, with the ambitious goal of achieving level 5 for all 20+ countries within 6 months—and we did achieve this goal These firsts and many others are still deep in my memory. Since then, we’ve consistently overachieved our revenue and ROAS targets every year. We’ve hit major milestones, increased our annual digital revenue 16 times, and grown from a team of 3 to over 20. Who could have imagined we’d be where we are today in under 5 years?
