We have all been busy behind the scenes at Ārepa over the last six months, particularly as we tackle the challenges and learnings of communicating our science through the NZ Food Code. Our founders Angus Brown and Zachary Robinson sat down with Matt Nippert from the New Zealand Herald to share our latest updates, current published science and research, MPI labelling compliance and notifying a set of first-of-their-kind health claims for regulatory approval. Since 1971, research funded by the Neurological Foundation has enhanced our understanding of a vast range of neurological conditions and diseases. ⁠ ⁠ With the work of many researchers and clinicians and funded by supporters, this lead to important discoveries over time.
