An empty corner of our Packaging New South Wales entrance was begging to be filled, so structural designers Craig Holland and joanne sandles put their OjiFS ‘innovative’ value to work and created a rotating globe from corrugated off-cuts. Not only does this display captivate the attention of site visitors, but it showcases the strength and quality of our sustainably-sourced fibre-based materials, pinpoints our site location and highlights the creativity of our talented designers. With nearly 50 years’ experience, Craig has pioneered numerous technical motion displays. While Joanne has developed countless innovative packaging solutions over her 30 years in cardboard design. Our customers reap the benefits of their combined expertise and creativity, and we eagerly anticipate their next innovative packaging project. We are proud to share Kinleith Mill’s recent participation in the "Love Grace Handbag Appeal", organised by Women’s Refuge in New Zealand. Staff and contractors at the mill personally donated two carloads worth of handbags filled with essential toiletries. Not only do these handbags represent vessels of hope, security and dignity to women experiencing domestic abuse and family violence, but they will directly support women in need within the mill’s local communities. Read the full article below to learn more about the Love Grace Handbag Appeal, and how our people committed to and so generously contributed to this worthy cause. Last Friday, our team from Packaging Queensland proudly participated in the NO LIMITS - Careers Expo, a pivotal event that connected us with Year 11 & 12 students from The BUSY School. This unique institution offers an alternative senior high school experience for students who may have been facing challenges in traditional educational settings. As a result, we have partnered with The BUSY School to establish a future talent pipeline for Production roles at our Packaging Queensland facility. The team there are looking forward to welcoming new BUSY school leavers and have already identified several promising leads. A huge thanks to Tee Robinson, Luke Daniels, Rachael Smith, Brooke Austen, and Nicola Washbourn representing OjiFS at NO LIMITS – Careers Expo and establishing this important recruitment partnership. #careersexpo #theBUSYSchool #nolimits #CommunitySupport #EducationMatters #OjiFSPackagingAustralia #EmployeeEngagement #SustainablePackaging #sharedvalue
