WWF 🐼 + FLOX Robotics = True! 😍 🌍 We are thrilled to announce our new two-year contract with Världsnaturfonden WWF / WWF Sweden to #safeguardlivestock 🐑 from #wolves🐺. Almi Invest investerar i FLOX Robotics, ett innovativt företag som banar väg för att förbättra samexistensen mellan människor och vilda djur. Investeringen kommer att användas för att stödja bolaget i dess fortsatta produktutveckling, sälj och expansion av verksamheten till fler marknader. FLOX Robotics, med sitt mantra ”helping humans and wildlife coexist”, introducerar autonom teknologi som kombinerar avancerad maskininlärning, robotik, generativ AI och forskning om vilda djurs beteenden för att adressera konflikter mellan människor och vilda djur på platser där djurens närvaro kan vara skadlig eller störande. Baserat på forskning om djurarters beteenden har FLOX Robotics utvecklat en plattform som kan monteras på olika fordon såsom drönare, tåg eller fasta installationer. Med skräddarsydda akustiska signaler vallas vilda djuren bort från platser där de kan orsaka skada eller störningar eller komma till skada, såsom fåglar på flygplatser, älgar på tågrälsar, hjortdjur på odlingsmark, kanadagäss på badstränder eller vildsvin på golfbanor. - Vi är väldigt taggade på att komma vidare i den fortsatta expansionen. Vi har fått särskilt stort intresse från flygplatser både i Sverige och USA där vår lösning visat sig vara ett mycket smidigt sätt att hålla fåglar borta vid start och landning, men även från tågoperatörer som har stora problem med viltolyckor på spåren, liksom jordbrukare som får hela skördar förstörda av fåglar och vildsvin, säger Sára Nožková, VD för FLOX Robotics. - Vi är imponerande av teamet som på ett så tidigt stadium sätter den ena affären efter den andra, i ett flertal vertikaler och redan på marknader utanför Norden. Det visar tydligt den stora kundnyttan och att behovet är globalt.
