Oracle Red Bull Racing - Velocity Series Red Bull Racing, a pinnacle of Formula One, embodies values that fuel their relentless pursuit. Fuelled by audacious innovation and boundless ambition, they redefine racing excellence. SDL was asked by our client AOI for Oracle Red Bull Racing and Crypto trading platform Bybit to collaborate in the creation of a new NFT pass series, concept, identity and communications for the official Red Bull Racing team. Throughout the season the campaign consisted of different releases by established NFT artists, where the design system and communications were utilised throughout. Based on elements from the Red Bull Racing brand, the identity was repurposed to form the Velocity concept. Numbers and motion helped to express the atmosphere of racing, while utilising certain colours in support of expressing the artworks. In 2022 VELUX together with SDL brought new life and an expanding vision to the award-winning Daylight and Architecture magazine, reviving it for the digital age. Daylight Matters is the printed embodiment of this revived D/A, created for students, teachers, and architects to inspire and celebrate daylight in architecture. This first issue is curated to give an insight into the inspiring content that makes up the D/A universe and not least celebrate the visual delight of daylight in architecture through breathtaking photography. New work for Modellus Novus – an architecture firm creating spaces that shape and define culture. The New York City-based team is representative of the social fabric of New York City itself: Global in perspective, hailing from 11 countries and four continents, and a team that is more than half women, across all levels of seniority. MN cares deeply about reconstructing the practice of architecture, creating an environment where people from all backgrounds, perspectives and geographies can not only enter, but thrive. Stockholm Design Lab, in close collaboration with Modellus Novus, has designed the new brand identity and digital experience. The new brand identity is referring to expressions in popular culture with different levels of cultural status, placing the firm in a wider and richer cultural context – beyond the dominating norms in the world of architecture.
