Great career opportunity for a new-business focused Sales Engineer to join a global industrial automation innovator and drive further business expansion in the Greater Area of Stockholm.


The role suits a consultative industrial automation sales hunter with good technical understanding and who excels at uncovering opportunities, proposing value-based solutions, and securing sales.


The Opportunity

Videojet, a Veralto Company, is a leading provider of industrial coding, and marking equipment to manufacturing companies across sectors, including food & beverages and pharmaceuticals.


Based at home in the greater Stockholm area (Stockholm, Gävle, Örebro, Västerås, Södertälje, Uppsala, Enköping etc) and travelling 3 days a week across the sales territory, the Sales Engineer engages with new prospects (60% focus) and existing customers to propose solutions from the entire Videojet hardware range, as well as finance and service agreements.


This richly varied sales role encompasses account plan development, lead generation and prospecting, mapping decision-makers, product demonstrations, collaboration with marketing on targeted campaigns, trade fairs, and the execution of the entire sales cycle to the highest professional standards.

The Ideal Candidate


  • ‘New business hunting’ focused Sales Engineer with industrial automation exposure, ideally within manufacturing environments such as food & beverages
  • Combined strong commercial awareness and good technical understanding
  • Fluent Swedish and at least intermediate English language skills. A consultative approach to uncover and solve customer’s needs
  • Excellent sales administration, forecasting and reporting, using SFDC etc
  • Able to drive widely 3 days a week, with some occasional overnight stays away from home
