Holistic wellness is one of our main areas of focus for the upcoming 2024 COMO Journeys. These residencies are led by experts in a variety of fields and hosted in our extraordinary locations, offering an opportunity to learn a new skill, perspective or deepen an existing practice. From now until April, visiting osteopath Neri Aziz will bring her expertise to COMO Maalifushi, while Kim Kosters will guide guests through pain management in Fiji at COMO Laucala Island. Psychologist and certified life coach Beata Justkowiak will be in residence at COMO Point Yamu, Phuket, Thailand for a series of workshops focused on reconnecting body, mind and spirit, while international wellness retreat coach Tammy Stokes will explore new ways of moving and relaxing in nature at COMO Parrot Cay in May. Later in the year, COMO Castello Del Nero will welcome yogis Andrea and Christina Curry back for a week-long yoga retreat.
