Curious about effortless ways to support your sustainability journey? It's as easy as sleep - by sleeping on a polyurethane (PU) foam mattress made from our more sustainable PU raw materials, using the Mass Balance approach! This innovative method blends bio-circular feedstock, like used cooking oil, with fossil feedstock, requiring no changes to the production process. While the bio-circular feedstock might not be directly traceable in every single mattress, choosing a mattress with PU foam produced using the Mass Balance approach is a credible way to create a positive climate impact overall. Join the effortless revolution and sleep more sustainably! 👉 Discover more: https://lnkd.in/eR_2_H8W #BetterMattress #Sustainability #MassBalance #Polyurethane

Congrats to the winners of this year’s Design Innovation in Plastics award, the longest running plastics design competition of its kind. 👏 The students were asked to design an off-grid product, aimed at either leisure or household markets, and to be made primarily of plastics. Spoiler: the first prize was won by a device for cleaning and steam sterilizing re-usable menstrual cups, using minimal water. Great job, everyone! 🙌 ℹ More info: https://lnkd.in/ejwCVf7Q The Glasgow School of Art
