Your role

  • Preparing visits and activity reports with time information, lost orders and sales reports in which sales performance is evaluated according to budget
  • Making a regular visit plan at the beginning of the week and realizing the sales activities
  • Performing demo activities. To take the responsibility of the demo product’s supply/return regarding the demos to be made
  • "Good level of knowledge on business and customer (visiting all customers within the region and having contact info in all departments i.e. production, quality and maintenance)
    • Having a full customer mapping for respective region
    • Having a competititon mapping for respective region (including strategy and action plan especially for the key accounts)
    • Having market share detailed map for all key accounts in respective region "
  • Regularly enter all data of sales visit, quotations and sales activities into Sales Force
  • To be able to give customer trainings for Basic Tightening Technique, Air Line accessories , Software & QA Platform, Screwfeeding & Automation Solutions.
  • Find new potential customers and improve relationship
  • Be accountable for selecting right scope of supply for particular customer request. In case of incorrect selection, lead change management process by aligning with related internal stakeholders. Drive Customer Communication.
  • Follow-up and be accountable for cash collection for related orders and work in coordination with Finance for regular cash collection


To succeed, you will need

  • A degree level qualification Engineering is must (Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics is preferable)
  • Sales Experience must be min 3 years or experience in selling Atlas Copco Product/related product at least 2 years.
  • Analytical techniques and computer literacy.
  • Advanced level of English is required. Good administrative and personal disciplines to handle multi-task, time- constrained activities, driven by customer requirements.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter and motivator with a committed approach to meeting the goals of the division
  • Knowledge of Automotive Production Industry
  • Driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Atlas Copco range of products is preferred.
