About us
Advance Land Regeneration Ltd is the strategic land and planning division of the Advance Construction group of companies. We unlock and create land opportunities from brownfield sites, often complex and challenging that are in need of extensive remediation, and work in partnership with landowners looking to maximise value from their land. Our extensive knowledge and experience mean that we are able to promote and develop land opportunities through the complexities of the UK planning system, creating much needed new housing. We are extremely proud of our successful track record in purchasing, remediating and developing difficult opportunities and our expertise below ground ensures we can maximise the value for our partners. Since our inception in 2015 we have grown our portfolio has grown significantly ranging from residential only to mixed use. We have teams based in Bellshill, Livingston and Blantyre working with landowners, developers and local authorities. We work closely with local communities to ensure community engagement at all times throughout the planning process and our passionate about contributing to a circular economy and enhancing the environments in which we work. With our enviable expertise and our ability to enable otherwise worthless land we can add value where others can’t.

A quick round up of 2023 from the team at ACLR! Planning submitted for over 700 residential units and 10 acres of retail and commercial use sites. Planning granted for c. 1000 residential units and three acquisitions throughout the year…….all whilst delivering our ongoing live sites.😀 Looking ahead to next year, we’re commencing delivery of the infrastructure on four of our developments.
