Very pleased to have submitted our plans for a new PBSA scheme in York’s Layerthorpe area following a massive team effort over the last 12 months! A classic design with very clear roots to York’s industrial history prepared by Jefferson Sheard Architects. The building will be provided to BREEAM ‘excellent’ and provide excellent shared amenity space for up to 234 students.
