We’re proud to be uniting a new collective of progressive and responsible brands on a mission; a vital mission to improve the menopause experience, normalise the conversation, and help stop menopausal women from being overlooked at home, at work and across society. By aligning with the GenM commitment, our partners have committed to a series of actions, including being a voice for change and better representing menopausal women through effective products, services, workplace policies and marketing activity within our organisation.

    Today, we are thrilled to be at Sainsbury's inaugural Beauty Brand Expo: Beauty Unleashed!   This event is pivotal for Sainsbury’s 2024 Beauty Strategy, and we’re incredibly proud to see the GenM stand showcased alongside Sainsbury’s impressive range of beauty brands.   We're always proud to showcase the MTick, the universal symbol that is transforming the shopping experience for those in menopause by delivering choice, trust, and respect to a rapidly growing market opportunity. On our stand you can see a range of the game changing brands and products already driving change through the MTick. This is what the future of menopause looks like 🙌   We've had amazing conversations today, and it's inspiring to see so much enthusiasm for VisionM.     We’re proud to announce that the GenM Awards are now open!   The world’s FIRST menopause awards are back for 2024, honouring the incredible achievements of our progressive and purposeful retailers and brands bringing visibility, choice and trust to the menopause market, as well as the currently overlooked and underserved 15.5 million menopausal consumer in the UK.   Building on the foundation of two successful awards years, the 2024 GenM Awards are open to our 100-partner strong collective, celebrating the commitment and action – whether a retailer, brand or challenger – to making the menopause experience better today than yesterday. The categories span menopause-friendly products, ranges, campaigns, in-store or online activations and business growth.     We’ve got a guest judge lineup of outstanding senior retail leaders and industry experts to announce – stay tuned for updates.   If you’re part of our Collective – the Partnership team have already sent you our Awards pack so please get your entries in, and promote the Customer Choice Award on your social channels.    Interested in learning more about GenM, the Home of the MTick, and our vision to remove fear from the menopause?     A truly inspirational morning at the Southpaw Midlife Revolution breakfast panel event 🙌 Our Co-Founder, Heather Jackson was invited to discuss how brands and the media can better represent women in midlife. The wonderful work from Southpaw, coupled with our research that tells us 43% of women feel the representation of midlife in advertising is outdated, highlights just how important it is for brands and retailers to change the rhetoric from fear to thrive and better represent this powerful and purposeful audience. Our Collective of over 100 brands and retailers are helping to drive meaningful change and together, we are empowering women with visibility, choice, and trust, allowing them to live their best menopause.
