What a week!! Today is last day at IFAT worldwide in Munich. One can tell the enormous interest in leaving behind the word #waste to replace it by #resource. #wastemanagement and #recycling is clearly technifying, incorporating advanced recognition and sorting alongside AI and computing to ensure no item gets wasted in future. Solutions such as advanced #chemicalrecycling, which is very present in the fair, evidence the real interest in and capability to #recycle today hard-to-recycle waste streams and turn them circular, even for highly regulated applications such as direct food contact, as we do at Greenback Recycling Technologies. Last but not least, ensuring #greenwashing and false claims have no space in regards waste neutralization, #recycledcontent and #circularity of the materials via improved provenance, #certification and transparent #traceability capitalizing on #digitalization and #AI. That helps on the compliance with regulations but what’s more important, in creating an ecosystem with far higher trust amongst everyone operating in it, moving into a “#trustless” ecosystem (one does not need to trust the other anymore, as trust is based on the evidences generated). eco2Veritas™️ solution of Greenback is the perfect example of that. Momentum is firm. The incredible high quality and amount of interactions we have had at our stand with actual and prospective partners from all over the world is the evidence.
