As we approach the final stretch of the #HSMAIEuropeCommercialSummerCamp, Day 5 brought invaluable insights! 🎙️ Kostas Ioannidis challenged us with, "Are You Commercial Enough to Navigate Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management in the Hospitality Industry?" 🎙️ Thibault Catala guided us from Strategic Revenue Management to Experimental Revenue Optimisation (ERO). After a day of learning, participants enjoyed an early end to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon on an exciting excursion.
