Get to know Huzzle's Co-Founder and COO, Parham Rakhshanfar! What inspired you to co-found Huzzle? "It began with my own painful journey with applications and job search during my initial years of university 🔍 . However, the idea came about after we hosted the London Startup Fair in 2020 where we had over 1,000 students and 50 startups attend. Here, I experienced the students’ and recruiters’ problems first-hand and it was more obvious than ever that the early career journey for students was difficult and unfavourable. So we set out to build something that put students at the centre." What’s your proudest achievement since starting Huzzle? "Growing Huzzle to be used by 100,000 students in their career journeys and become the primary CRM tool for over 800+ student organisations." What’s a fun fact about yourself? "I like surfing in the mornings. 🏄♂️ " Parham is a key driving force behind our product and its continuous development so we wouldn't be where we at today without him. He's not as scary as he looks!

Last Friday, I attended and spoke at the Huzzle 💚 Career Influencer Summit. The event had two different panel discussions, with the main topics being on career influencers, their impact, the evolution of marketing within corporate, campaign success and brand partnerships. I had a pleasant experience being hosted by Lukas Zabulionis speaking alongside JJ Kealy and Kieran Williams. Sharing relateability in the reasons we started our content creator journeys and the importance of not accepting every brand deal that comes your way. I also enjoyed watching the second panel and hearing from brand point of views. It was a pleasant day, where many early career professionals and career influencers got to meet and talk about something we are all passionate about.

'A Game-Changer for Early Professionals' Attending the Huzzle Career Influencer X Early Careers Summit was an incredible experience that allowed me to connect with top career influencers and early career professionals in a dynamic setting. The event featured insightful panel discussions on how career influencers shape Gen Z's career preferences and the potential for collaboration between influencers and employers. Networking with recruiters from leading companies like BT Group, provided invaluable career insights and opportunities. Meeting influencers such as Kieran Williams, JJ Kealy, Oluwatosin Toba ,Yemurai R,Angel A. among others was particularly inspiring, as they shared their unique journeys and professional advice. A big thank you to Ingmar Klein for organizing this transformative event filled with learning, growth, and meaningful connections.

THIS FRIDAY….‼️ Happy to share that I'II be attending the Huzzle 💚 Career Influencer Summit as a panelist! I believe in Huzzle’s vision in helping students land graduate jobs, internships and insight schemes, ultimately democratising the job market! When getting into corporate law, insight schemes, internships and open days were pivotal in learning about the industry, building relationships, finding a mentor and ultimately, getting a training contract at the end of my first year. A lot of these schemes were also by word-of-mouth, which not everyone has the privilege of…. Content creation is needed in supporting Gen Z with their career choices, announcing different opportunities and also, guiding them in their career & academic paths, which are so closely linked. I look forward to sharing with employers how to utilise social media to increase access to their profession. Thanks to Ingmar Klein and Lukas Zabulionis, for the invite!
