In New Zealand, Nexia New Zealand and Nexia Christchurch came together to celebrate #NexiaWeek by participating in a beach cleanup. Each team also chose a local charity to donate to. Nexia Auckland celebrated #NexiaWeek by picking up rubbish on the streets around their office and organising beach cleanups. #NexiaWeek2024
Every year, member firms across the Nexia network take part in the celebration of Nexia Week. Last year, over 11,000 Nexians took part globally. This year for #NexiaWeek, the Nexia Christchurch team came together for a beach cleanup at South New Brighton Beach. Additionally, each Team selected a local charity to make a donation to. The charities we chose to support were: - Child Cancer Foundation - The PJ Project by Kindness Collective Foundation - Full Bellies Charitable Trust - Life Education Trust - Avon-Heathcote Estuary Ihutai Trust - The Women's Centre Christchurch - Christchurch City Mission These incredible organizations all make a positive impact in our local community. Nexia Auckland supported Nexia Week by picking up rubbish on the streets around their office and organising beach clean-ups at two local beaches, Browns Bay and Mairangi Bay, to help preserve the health of these coastal areas.
