You've tested. The pilot is complete. The results are impressive. Now what? While pilots enjoy limited scope, controlled environments, and manageable budgets, scaling throws you into a lion’s den of exponential challenges. What can you do? 🤝Get buy-in: It is crucial to secure the unwavering support of senior leadership. Clearly articulate the hard benefits (increased profits, new markets) and the soft benefits (cultural shift, problem-solving agility). 💵Secure funding: Scaling up requires money. Develop a robust business case with realistic projections. Be prepared to negotiate and navigate internal approval processes. 🌀Evolve, don’t replicate: Scaling up is about adapting and evolving. Develop an implementation plan that addresses the challenges of integration and is open to iterative adjustments. 🌊 Did you know tyre wear is the second biggest microplastic pollutant in our oceans? Hugo Richardson and the The Tyre Collective are actively fighting tyre wear pollution with patent-pending technology to capture tyre wear and other non-exhaust emissions produced right at the wheel. Having just completed the CRL Accelerator, Hugo said that the programme and its support helped “get us ready for mass manufacture and developing our MVP.” But their journey is just beginning... this spring alone, the team at The Tyre Collective has raised over £342k with a successful Crowdcube campaign, have won a £250k grant from Innovate UK, are collaborating with the TRANSPORT RESEARCH LABORATORY LIMITED AND are exhibiting next week at The Goodwood Group's Festival of Speed 🤯 This team of visionaries are driving transformation and challenging the standards of zero-emission mobility.
