    Elucidat’s 2024 State of Digital Learning Report found that 63% of problems faced by L&D teams were related to content, with lack of engagement, content overload, and irrelevant content raised as some of the most pervasive issues faced by L&D teams. However, this issue extends beyond content. This is an issue of strategy. Teams unaccustomed to creating learning that serves a strategic purpose may find themselves spinning their wheels, caught in the trap of thinking ‘more learning content = more problems solved.’ While this approach is not entirely without its merits, solutions produced with this mindset do not always address the challenge of connecting L&D to tangible business outcomes.
