Last week, West London Audi hosted a diversity and inclusivity event alongside Harlequins & Partners. The event celebrated the importance of diversity and inclusivity in business and sport, including recognising the positive impact that our partnership has had. We were joined by several guest speakers at the event comprising of colleagues from Harlequins and representatives from their business partners. The discussion contained topics such as how Harlequins are striving to be an inclusive club for all on and off the pitch including how they engage with supporters, staff and players to drive inclusivity and diversity. Also, what we can all learn from one another by sharing our own businesses individual practices and examples. We’ve been partnered with Harlequins & Partners since 2022 and support the club in its ambition to positively influence the rugby community. At Sytner Group we continue with our commitment to support charitable events and get involved in our local communities to give back. Last month several of our colleagues from MINI Cardiff participated in a volunteer day at The Rescue Hotel (Cardiff Dog’s Home), where they walked several of the dogs and also supporting in tidying areas of their newly opened garden whilst playing with the dogs! In addition to this, alongside the ‘MINI: Big Love’ initiative the dealership purchased & delivered much needed supplies such as dog food to support the centre in their care of the dogs.
