We have so many fantastic Rail Forum members, who we all love to see at our events and also often spend time with, seeing just how much value they can and do bring to the industry. On occasion I even get the opportunity to spend a little time with those I’m not directly Engagement Mgr for…. and I have to say this mornings visit to Tecforce Limited was so enjoyable for so many reasons. Seeing first hand their extensive range of services and associated skills in repair, overhaul, specialist welding and more. What really stood out in my mind though, was just how passionate and engaging the entire team were and how proud so many are, of the vast experience they bring to the team, which is bringing benefits direct to customers but also those newer members of the Tecforce team as well. Excellent visit AND tour of Tecforce Limited yesterday with the whole team! A brilliant renewals meeting with the senior management team that allowed us to review the activities coming up and see exactly where Tecforce can benefit from getting involved and therefore get cracking on delivering value for money.
