The DSB welcomes the European Commission’s draft rules, proposing modifications to the ISIN for OTC derivatives to facilitate market transparency. As the OTC ISIN issuer, the DSB is ready and willing to support the implementation of modifications required by the final rules, expected later this year. Today the DSB published the Industry Consultation Final Report for OTC derivatives which includes the UPI Service for the first time. The Final Report summarises feedback from industry on proposals for the 2025 service provision including: ▶ UPI Delivered as Part of the OTC ISIN Service ▶ Data Leakage Prevention, Data Classification, and Data Labelling ▶ Extension of Intermediary Model to All User Types ▶ Governance, Risk & Compliance Tool Implementation ▶ Support for the DSB Traded on a Trading Venue (TOTV/uTOTV) function ▶ Global Agile Architecture (GAA) Phase 2 Read the report: https://lnkd.in/d2w62fNc
