Over the past two days, we hosted LCV and EV focus days for our Regional Operations Managers and internal staff. Our sessions covered a wide range of topics, including Training, Finance, Commercial Actions, ROl, Connected Fleet, Sales Effectiveness, EV Running Costs, and much more! Another week comes to a close as we say farewell to our learners, off home and a step closer to accreditation 🎉 The new candidates all passed their EV exams and manufactured their own brake pipe clamp, taking home a new tool, a new qualification and new skills all in their first week here are the Stellantis Performance Academy. The captain of the ship Justin Ryles came down to say hi and inspect the work of our newest learners. My week 9 group have put in a shift to make sure they disassembled, cleaned and reassembled their heads to a high standard. Some happy faces and some sad faces while fitting the collets back in but a valuable skill in precision and patience💪🏼

Another successful induction for Citroën, Jeep, Fiat and Abarth. We covered everything from connected services and EV technology to various drive modes. It was a pleasure connecting with RWE at our shared office in Coventry to discuss how we can work together to support employment pathways for the UK Armed Forces Community! It was an inspiring meeting where we exchanged ideas on how our organisations can contribute to the employment of Armed Forces personnel and their families. Here are 6(👀) reasons why I like the FIAT 600 And 1 reason why I won’t be buying it 😎 LOOKS - Love the way the car looks! Very nice in this colour (especially in the sun) and the huge “smiley” looking grill at the front adds character to the 600 💰VALUE - You get a lot of car for the price you pay. All the gadgets and materials you’d find in a premium priced car comes standard with the 600 ⚡️EV - You know I like my EVs but that’s not the reason for it. The fact it comes with an 11kW onboard charger as standard means charging it is quicker 😍 THE INTERIOR - Love the white “leather” with the turquoise FIAT stitching on the seats. Easy to clean too (I tried it!) 🔘 BUTTONS - Actual buttons in the car makes it easy to change the A/C temperature and fan speed without having to faff with the infotainment 📏 SIZE - It’s a big-ish car for the segment that it is in. It sits right in between the B-hatch and B-SUV segment. The one reason I won’t be buying it? I’m waiting for its big brother ABARTH 🦂 version coming out soon! And that’s a wrap! A busy week setting up and hosting the Stars of Stellantis competition here at Stellantis Performance Academy. As the sun beat down over Coventry 60 of the brightest technicians came and showed us what they are made of, and we had some excellent results! Very proud of my apprentices who put on a great performance and made us all proud. Also my colleagues who ran a great day for everyone. Just another demonstration of the talent we have under one roof. I hope all the contestants have a great evening, I hope you enjoyed the day and see you next year! 💙

#Part 2 To put our #starsofstellantis Technicians (x60) through their paces today, the team have been busy setting up a range of practical tests, together with classroom skill tests. The real stars of our business - Master Technicians, EV Technicians and Apprentife Technicians.
