We penned this article on 13 May 2024 ahead of the News on the Block 21st Anniversary issue (published earlier in June) so it just goes to show how much can change in a short space of time! We were expecting an Autumn election at that point. The rest of the sentence still definitely holds true though. Sticking to 600 words is actually quite tricky....and that's not just because I'm a lawyer! At Warwick Estates Property Management Ltd we're already preparing for the changes that are coming which will only help to drive up standards, although, we will have to wait for statutory regulation.
