Our service provides highly-experienced resources at a competitive cost to ensure the best possible value for money to clients.We offer retail petroleum clients the best possible combination of skills and experience in engineering project management and therefore provide a service second to none. Our prime objective is to support our clients' retail engineering function in the achievement of their goals. We do this by utilising the full range of our combined experience and knowledge to find innovative and creative solutions which ensure projects are rigorously managed and controlled throughout their life cycle. Key players within our company have significant oil company experience in senior engineering positions and, as such, understand how oil companies work better than those without the direct experience. We are also committed to taking our time to fully understand our clients' cultures to ensure that the end product we deliver fits the overall group objectives. We have many years’ experience of value management and value engineering techniques which bring significant financial benefits; we are so confident of this that we would be happy to discuss a link between our fees and financial performance of projects to put an element of fee on a share-of-savings basis. Being a smaller company, and working within a network of consultants and design services when required, we are well placed to provide a flexible, responsive and cost-effective consultancy service.

    Newquay Service Station - Practical Completion 8th November 2023. This project completed late last year, after 23 weeks on site, Motor Fuel Group's Newquay Service Station is operational and open to the public. This site is located adjacent to the A392 Trevemper Road on the southern edge of Newquay. This projects is part of a wider development, located off of a new roundabout and link roads. This site is now equipped with a forecourt with 4 new pumps, islands and canopy for domestic vehicles. The site also offers 6 electric vehicle charging units with canopy. The retail shop is operational, offering a Budgens retail shop with ancillary Greggs and Miss Millies - Awesome Chicken concessions. A special thanks to Williams Southern Limited | Construction for their work on this project as the appointed Contractors on this project.

    Rainbow Trust Children's Charity – No Family Alone Appeal 2023   Thank you to everyone who donated during over these past 72 hours. The Rainbow Trust have managed to meet their target amount of £200,000 and have therefore secured enough funds to support 100 new families.   As a Charity Champion for Rainbow Trust, Wyeth Project Services/Sevan Multi-Site Solutions were delighted to support this campaign, and we have raised £4,058 (inclusive of fund-matching) for such an incredible cause. Well done Oliver Christie and all the team at the Rainbow Trust and thank you to everyone who helped raise this incredible amount!

    Charity Champions 2023 – Wyeth Projects and Rainbow Trust This weekend we are trying to help the Rainbow Trust Children's Charity raise money during their No Family Alone Appeal. The aim of this fundraiser is to raise enough money to fund 100 seriously ill children and their families. The aim is to raise £100,000 in a 72-hour window starting Friday 24th November and ending Monday 27th November, all donations up to £100,000 will be fund matched. So by donating just £5, the Rainbow Trust will receive £10. The Rainbow Trust support families with a child suffering with life-threatening illnesses. These families are likely facing significant challenges and may feel that they are in a dark place. ‘Rainbow Trust Family Support Workers help them practically and emotionally as they adapt to and navigate their new worrying and difficult reality. This tailored support enables parents to have respite, help with their children and emotional support when they may be feeling completely overwhelmed’.     Monktonhall Service Station – 5th June to 29th November 2023 On the 5th June 2023 KDRB works commenced on Motor Fuel Group's Monktonhall Service Station, located in Mussleburgh, Scotland. The site, before construction works began, consisted of a small single storey shop building, a standard forecourt with canopy, HGV fuelling facilities with canopy and a redundant HGV parking area. Previously the existing Travel Lodge hotel was demolished in 2021 prior to the main development works commencing this year. This project is a Knock Down Rebuild development with major forecourt works, involving the demolition of the existing sales building, canopy, and pumps amongst other things. The existing redundant tourist information building will be converted in the HGV shower block. We are in week 24 of this project, and with only approx. 1 week until PC the site has undergone masses of work including the construction of a new sales building and canopy, installation of 23.10kw Solar system (located on the canopy), new fuel tanks installed (No 4 70,000 litre tanks, one is split 40,000 litre, 15,000 lite and 15,000 litre), existing Adblue tank retained, three double sided domestic forecourt pumps, three HGV Pumps (one double sided, and one single sided), new valet facilities including three jet wash bays (two covered and one uncovered bay). EV charging provisions with six 150kW chargers and one 300kW charger which feeds two bays. In addition to the above, this site will also be able to offer parcel services via the InPost and Amazon lockers. These are being installed this week and will be available from launch. This week’s progress will consist of: Continuation of Shop Fit Out Continuation of Shower Fit Out Continuation of Landscaping Works Tarmacking works EV Canopy Second Fix Works Installation of Forecourt Branding and Signage Installation of Shop Signage. Phase 1 of this project is on track to complete on Wednesday 29th November and launch on the 7th December, with lorry park and shower block to open in December 2023. Phase 2 of this project, the installation of a Costa Drive Thru on the same development, is due to commence work on the 8th January and is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2024.     MFG Foxley Service Station - Practical Completion 6th October 2023 This 4 week project at Motor Fuel Group's Foxley Service Station consisted of the removal of some of the existing surfacing to allow for a new EV charging area. This site now offers 1 EV parking space located to the right of the Londis Convenience Store.     St Clears Service Station - Practical Completion 4th October 2023 After 28 weeks on site, Motor Fuel Group's St Clears is operational and open to the public. The site was previously an undeveloped field situated west of St Clears. An access road has been formed in order to access the wider development. This 24 hours retail building is accompanied by a Pret A Manger food to go offer. The forecourt offers fuelling provisions for domestic and HGVs are now live. The site offers 4 pumps and 2 HGV fuelling areas. Also located at this site is car care facilities. A special thanks to Williams Southern Limited | Construction for their work on this project as the appointed Contractors on this project. Well done to Wyeth Project Services’ Project Manager, Phil Angora, for his hard work on this project.
