The product is amazing for a person who loves to read books.
The initial impression was that it is very small for a reader but over time with usage, you realise this is the perfect size.
Pros:
1) Font can be adjusted as required to make it easy on the eye
2) Supports all pdfs very smoothly. Love the feature
3) Shows the progress below which I feel is a nice to have feature
4) Backlight is very soft and soothing to use in the dark as well
5) 8GB is huge for hundreds of books as well
Cons:
1) The page-turning seems to be a pixelated Page refresh. But it is not a deal-breaker in any way
2) The thing is black and white and so not fun for comics. That being said, all Kindles are black and white
3) Experience with other language pdf books (like Bengali) has not been good since the words become distorted. Trying to see if this can be sorted out in some way.
This thing is far more value for money that all the other costlier kindles since they do not offer too many benefits as far as a proper reader is considered. I mean what will you do with 32GB when you can store a few hundred books in 8GB itself.
