Andrew Collier

Andrew Collier joined the U.S. Department of Justice in 2001 as an Information Technology Specialist in ENRD’s Office of Litigation Support. From 2006 – 2011, Mr. Collier served as the Division’s Comptroller. He was appointed Executive Officer in March 2011. Mr. Collier has served on a number of Department of Justice boards and committees, including the Working Capital Fund Board of Directors, the Department’s I.T. Investment Review Board, the Save Council, and the Unified Financial Management Executive Committee. Mr. Collier graduated from the American University with a B.A. in Political Science, and he earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Systems Administration from the University of Maryland.
