71.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1603 of 18 July 2019 supplementing Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards measures adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organisation for the monitoring, reporting and verification of aviation emissions for the purpose of implementing a global market-based measure(1) is revoked.

(2) Notwithstanding the revocation made by paragraph (1), the provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1603 continue to have effect in respect of the monitoring, reporting and verification of aviation emissions undertaken by aeroplane operators pursuant to that Regulation prior to this Order coming into force.
