Our Executive Director Erika Harold will speak today about “Dreaming Out Loud: Igniting Your Path with Passion and Purpose” at the #NULConf24. As a high schooler, Erika was the target of bullying and ultimately had to transfer schools due to the pervasive racial and sexual harassment she faced.   This experience inspired her anti-bullying platform as Miss America 2003 and a desire to pursue a career in law, so she could cultivate the skills necessary to advocate for herself and others. Today, Erika is a Harvard Law School graduate and a dedicated advocate for civility, empathy, and inclusion in the legal and judicial systems. A new study from the American Bar Association Task Force of Law and Artificial Intelligence found that most law students are being taught how to use AI in the practice of law.
