This person will play a key role in enhancing and executing people processes to boost efficiency, satisfaction, and culture alignment while also managing daily people operations seamlessly. What you'll be doing?  ✅ Your primary objective is to ensure smooth people-related operations and drive our core values and culture forward. ✅ Manage the HRIS, performance management system and PEO relationship from a policy, compliance, and day-to-day standpoint.   ✅ Oversee and develop effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans. What we're looking for? 🏆 Experience in a People Ops role before.  🏆 Experience working in a small start-up (500 people or less) 🏆 Experience with the above "What you'll be doing?" section. Yasmin has worked side by side me for over 6 years as an EA in many capacities and truly at this point has outgrown the role in her skills. She has stood up departments, managed teams, and managed multi million dollar projects on my and the companies behalf. She has made me look good to everyone and been the silent ninja of my success in soooo many ways as I like to say. Yasmin White is a shining example of our values at Acquisition.com and i'm proud as all heck to have her step into this role. She is an example of what is possible when one has the WILL and does what it takes to get the SKILL to reach their goals. She is an inspiration to many and will continue to be.
