To better understand providers’ costs and associated patient care around CAR-T administration, team members from our ADVI Health Strategic Analytics, Value and Economics (SAVEs) team, Caitlin Sheetz, Peter Kardel, and Zihao (David) Liu, MSPH, collaborated with Kite Pharma on a recent study. The work, published in Advances in Therapy, analyzed CAR-T therapy utilization patterns, #healthcare costs, and patient outcomes specifically within the #Medicare FFS system, while also assessing the setting of care (inpatient vs. outpatient) for CAR-T administration.
