The AidKit platform has always prioritized accessibility for recipients- offering payment options for both banked and unbanked individuals. Now, we're enhancing this capability by integrating Bank On’s (via Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund) localized community education resources directly into our program design process. We work with our partners during the program design process to understand what information about opening an account will be helpful for recipients, dispelling common misconceptions about banking eligibility, and maintaining choice while promoting financial inclusion. Early results are promising: we've observed a 24% increase in direct deposit adoption in programs utilizing Bank On materials. By combining AidKit's robust cash transfer infrastructure with Bank On's expertise, we're advancing our mission of delivering aid with dignity and fostering long-term financial resilience. In a groundbreaking move, the State of Colorado's Office of New Americans launched a unique program to bolster the immigrant workforce — a critical piece of our economy. The Benefit Recovery Fund offers unemployment benefits to eligible individuals who receive a W-2, and have taxes withheld from their paychecks, but lack work authorization. AidKit has been entrusted as the administrator of the Fund through a meticulous selection process. Mark A.
