But here's what I love the most about this initiative: being accepted into our Talent Solutions Cohort doesn't require any previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry. For these new hires, we looked beyond the resume to find top talent with the drive, ambition, and work ethic needed to succeed in our culture of continuous learning.
