BOWE GROUP is one of the world’s leading suppliers of smart automation solutions. Made in Europe, supported worldwide.
About us
The BOWE GROUP is one of the world’s leading suppliers of smart automation and IoT solutions for the entire internal added value chain and beyond. The Group’s strong brands are active in the fields of document and card processing, mail logistics as well as intralogistics and software. As part of the financially strong Possehl Group, for over 75 years our solutions have optimized work and production flows across a wide range of very different industries. BOWE GROUP NORTH AMERICA is growing in the US and Canada by continuing to innovate in our legacy document and card processing market while expanding our offerings into Intralogistics, warehouse automation and manufacturing. These newer solutions include parcel sorting systems, material handling equipment, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Warehouse Control/Warehouse Management Software (WMS/WCS) and (asset) tracking technology. While process automation has continued to evolve and get faster for decades, all processes have inputs and outputs often in the form of materials that are manually moved from point-to-point (i.e. paper to be printed; SKUs to be sorted to a retail store, Parcels to be sorted to a delivery destination, etc.). This led Bowe in 2023 to launch its “Move” Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) product line that is powered by Bowe/Mov.ai software. The Move AMRs are innovative “Cobots” (i.e. Cooperative Robot) that enable customers to move materials on carts and pallets in production environments that were in the past not possible to automate. Other offerings include Realtime Location Systems (RTLS) devices to track vehicles, people and assets seamlessly indoors and outdoors, to an exact location at all times. Bowe Group leverages this portfolio of products to provide turn-key automation solutions to our customers in North America and elsewhere

Keep Her Smiling: Automated Sorting Enhances Customer Experience in Footwear Retail👇 Keeping customers happy is essential in retail footwear. With so many different styles, sizes, and colors of shoes available, it can be a challenge for stores to ensure that they have the right inventory on hand and that customers can quickly find what they're looking for. This is where automated sorting systems can be a game-changer. By automatically sorting and storing shoes, these systems can help retailers to: ✅ Reduce fulfillment times: Customers don't want to wait around for their shoes to be fetched from the back stockroom. Automated sorting systems can help to get shoes to customers quickly and efficiently. ✅ Improve inventory accuracy: Automated sorting systems can help to track inventory levels in real time, which can help to prevent stockouts and ensure that customers can always find the shoes they want. ✅Provide a more positive shopping experience: When customers can find the shoes they're looking for quickly and easily, they're more likely to have a positive shopping experience and come back for more. Here are some additional benefits of automated sorting systems for footwear retailers: ✅✅ Increased efficiency: Automated sorting systems can free up employee time so that they can focus on providing customer service. Reduced labor costs: Automated sorting systems can help to reduce the need for manual labor. ✅✅ Improved space utilization: Automated sorting systems can help to make better use of available space in a store. Lost in a Sea of Soles? 7 ways that OptiSorter brings order to the shoe-nami, saving you time and frustration: Faster Order Fulfillment: Automatic sorting systems can zip incoming online orders or returns to the designated packing stations, significantly reducing the time it takes for staff to locate the correct shoes. Improved Inventory Management: Automatic sorters can efficiently distribute incoming shoes to designated storage areas based on size, style, or brand. This eliminates wasted time searching the warehouse for specific shoes. Reduced Picking Errors: Manual picking can lead to mistakes, especially in high-volume environments. Automatic sorting ensures shoes end up in the correct location or shipment, minimizing fulfillment errors and customer frustration. Increased Staff Efficiency: By automating repetitive sorting tasks, staff can focus on higher-value activities like customer service, quality control, or packing orders. This leads to a more productive and motivated workforce. Scalability for Growth: Automatic sorting systems can be easily expanded to accommodate a growing business. Unlike manual sorting, which requires additional staff, automated systems can handle increased order volume efficiently. Cost Savings: While there's an initial investment, automatic sorting systems can lead to significant cost savings in the long run. Reduced labor costs, improved picking accuracy, and faster order fulfillment all contribute to a healthier bottom line. Real-Time Inventory Tracking: Many automatic sorting systems integrate with inventory management software. This allows for real-time tracking of shoe location, size, and quantity, eliminating discrepancies and frustration for both staff and customers. #retail #supplychain #warehouseautomation #3PL #fulfillment
