During Pride Month, our Pride ERG (employee resource group) is participating in and promoting local Pride parades. In addition they are hosting our Fireside Chats this month to help us celebrate Pride and support the LGBTQ+ community. The PRIDE ERG’s purpose is to advance and promote workplace LGBTQ+ equity, safety, and inclusion through engaging and developing employees and playing an active role in community outreach and involvement.
