CH& Client Mill Stream Properties Group intends to build a new transit-oriented development, steps from the soon-to-open Mountlake Terrace Link Light Rail Station. The 511,000 SF apartment complex will feature 425 apartment homes, 5,036 SF of commercial space, and amenity spaces. Natural infiltration through the courtyard soils will treat stormwater, reducing the development's impact on municipal infrastructure and local habitat. Led by CH& Partner Randall Olsen, this project was a big lift over many years. Congratulations to our Land Use team for their hard work, innovation, and excellent result!
