Ned has decades of experience in all phases of U.S. and international patent, trademark, trade secret and copyright prosecution. Based in our Texas office, Ned specializes in building IP portfolios for clients in the electromechanical arts, software design, IoT, and control systems industries. He is also involved in managing and licensing IP assets for emerging business clients. Ned’s interest in science and mechanics led him to earn a B.S. in applied physics from Providence College and a B.S.M.E. in applied physics and mechanical engineering from Columbia University.
