Meet Kaleb Head, Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at West Pines Golf Club. Born and raised in Villa Rica, GA, Kaleb graduated with honors in Environmental Horticulture, specializing in Golf Course Turf Management, from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College in Tifton, GA. With 8 years in the turf industry, Kaleb has worked on three golf courses, both private and public, and has assisted in numerous state and national golf tournaments, gaining extensive knowledge in Turf Management. Kaleb lives on a 17-acre farm with his wife, Savannah, and their Chocolate Lab, Roscoe. He is expanding his farm with various fruits and vegetables, preparing for future cattle farming. Kaleb credits his success to his loving family's support, which has been instrumental in his achievements. #LifeHappensHere

Meet Gimmel Juggins, Human Resources Manager. Gimmel was hired as a Senior Human Resources Generalist with the City of Douglasville in 2022 and was promoted in January 2024 to her current role. Prior to joining the City of Douglasville, she served in various Human Resources roles since 2004 in the non-profit sector.
