Drumroll, please! 🥁 We're back with another Employee Spotlight! ✨ This ClassLinker can often be found behind the scenes, but his hard work on our Events Team keeps ClassLink front and center—Carlos Gutierrez!  Learn more about Carlos' story and how he's making a difference at ClassLink and beyond 🙌 ❓Tell us your ClassLink story!  💬 Looking back, my journey to ClassLink happened so naturally! My friend Brian informed me that his team was looking for temporary workers and encouraged me to apply. I did, and I secured the role of Product Support Temp. Right from the start, I fell in love with the team and the company. Enhancing user experience with our products brought me a lot of joy, so when my temporary position was up, I thought my time at ClassLink had come to an end. Thankfully, the Recruitment Team encouraged me to apply for a position in Marketing, and to my delight, I got a callback and was hired full-time as the Administrative Assistant for the Marketing Department. Now, nearly two years later, I am proud to hold the title of Event Coordinator. ❓ What's your favorite part about working at ClassLink?  💬  I guess I always knew I was meant to serve, so I love being part of a team where each member brings unique perspectives, ideas, and strengths together to create seamless experiences for our colleagues, customers, and partners at every event—no matter how big or small. I owe a lot to my team for helping me grow into my current role. Since I joined ClassLink, I've been in awe of how incredible my team was and didn't know if I could ever meet their high standards. However, they always believed in me. I have learned so much from each of them and have combined those insights with my own strengths to excel in my job. ❓ Where can we find you outside of ClassLink? 💬 Outside of ClassLink, I like to shift from behind the scenes to in front of the camera and act. I've been in love with film since I was a kid. The ability to evoke feelings by storytelling through a different lens has always captivated me. The project I am most proud of is a short film with the Director of Photography, Dean Cundey. For those who may not know, his credits include movies like Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, and Halloween. He even shot my favorite movie, so being able to be a lead in a small project he worked on was an honor. I also enjoy working behind the scenes, particularly in costuming, hair, and makeup. I'm a huge creative, and I believe what we wear daily is a big part of who we are. Diving deep into the mind of a character to define their wardrobe beyond the script is truly magical and exhilarating for me. Keep an eye out for our next Employee Spotlight! 🔦
