Commercial Custom Composites

A lot of great projects flowing through the shop including ones I am not able to share information about. the crew is doing amazing even in this wonderful Florida summer, which can bring all sorts of different challenges when dealing with a wide range of composite materials as we do daily. Blessed to have the great team who work together to make sure we get the projects done with the highest quality and timeframe desired!

More molds are in the works, guys are working away! Hope everyone has an amazing 4th of July and remember to be grateful for the freedoms we have, and we are able to and provide for our families every day because of the sacrifice's others have and are still making!

A lot of projects going on and we had a good Week with a lot of progress. Very happy with how the team works to accomplish the projects in the time frame and quality the customer is looking for!

The crew continues to do an amazing job as we are close to completing all the molds for this project!

I challenged my team, and they came through YET again! We were able to deliver a beautiful deck mold ahead of schedule to give the customer a little more time to build the new model. My team has thoroughly impressed me again and truly appreciate every one of them!

Another great week with a lot of progress in the shop. An amazing team with great leadership is helping keep all the projects flowing and staying on schedule. We shipped an amazing hull mold this week to our customer as promised! The deck is right behind it as well as many other parts. Thanks again to Merritt Precision for high quality plugs to help us keep the projects moving quickly!

Love it when everything goes right! If you do the proper steps molds, come off the plug easily and looking really good. Thanks to Merritt Precsion for an excellent milled plug to start off with! Thanks to our amazing crew who care so much about doing a high-quality job! We are right on schedule because everyone is working together! Now on to tooling it out and delivering to our great customer so they can hit a very important show!

Cranking away on this project! Hull mold to complete this week. Deck mold to complete framing this week. Console mold in bulk and framing next week. Small parts are in primer getting them ready so we can spray tooling gel this week. More plugs arriving by the day! Have the best customers and blessed to have a team that is willing to put in the effort to hit very tight time frames!

Here are several Projects we are cranking away on! Customer is expecting the molds for a show they have coming up and we are doing everything we can to get the project done so they can meet this timeline. Always grateful for my crew who is willing to do whatever it takes to meet these tight timeframes. Very blessed to say the least!!
