Last week a few of our team met in Cass County, MO, to visit with County Commissioners about REACH's investments in their more rural communities. The trip to Harrisonville offered an opportunity to highlight longstanding, and newer, partnerships: Cass County Dental Clinic, Compass Health Network, Belton Educational Foundation, Shay Jefferson, RAYMORE-PECULIAR SCHOOL DISTRICT, and more. Cass County is one of six counties in the REACH service area. We've awarded more than $1.9 million to date, and continue to make meaningful connections there! We'll be back soon!

Over the years, REACH has developed innovative solutions to fund organizations in rural communities. Last week, our board gathered in person in Cass County to hear from partners about health and community needs in their area. Their stories were deeply moving—tales of children receiving crucial dental and medical health care services from the Cass County Dental Clinic, Cass County Health Department, and Compass Health Network, alongside vital mental health and counseling services offered by You Matter Archie and the Belton School District, not to mention the critical homelessness and food insecurity support provided by the Family Resource Centers of Missouri. Their inspiring accounts reinforce our commitment to supporting organizations that bridge gaps in areas where essential healthcare services and resources are limited.
