Take a moment to show some appreciation for our dedicated Senior CAT Resource Coordinator, Rochelle Gaul! Her commitment to ensuring every adjuster is well-prepared and supported exemplifies the heart of our team. "One aspect I admire most about my job is the gratitude that I receive from adjusters when you assist them with getting on a deployment. I often hear them say, 'thank you for your patience and taking the time to explain in detail the information regarding the assignment.' It feels good to know you helped someone and provided guidance to support them being successful on the deployment." Thank you for your dedication to our adjusters, Rochelle! #CatastropheManagement #EmployeeAppreciation

If you live in the Houston area you may have recognized someone on your screen this morning. Way to go, Richard!
Richard Folkman, VP of CAT operations, shared flood claim filing tips with KPRC 2 TV - Houston. His top tips? 1️⃣ Before you take any item out of your house, take pictures of everything and every room. Include commonly forgotten things like doors. 2️⃣ Home insurance doesn't cover flood-- you need flood coverage too (and it takes about 30 days to take effect). Hear the rest of his tips here: 🎥 bit.ly/3y1XdjO #CrawfordRestores #OneCrawford
