Venkata Rayasam is excited to share his journey from intern to full-time employee at Daifuku Intralogistics America. Starting as a system analyst intern in the IT department, Venkata applied his skills to various projects in application development, automation, and security. The exceptional work environment and skilled colleagues fostered both continuous learning and personal growth. Mentorship and guidance were key aspects of his internship, allowing Venkata to explore the synergy of different technologies and prepare for a full-time role. As Venkata approached his May 2024 graduation from Wayne State University with a degree in Information Technology and a minor in Business Administration, he transitioned seamlessly to a full-time Junior System Application Analyst at Daifuku Intralogistics America. "I am grateful for the support and opportunities provided by Daifuku Intralogistics, I look forward to contributing to the company's success." He said. Venkata hopes his story inspires other students to pursue internships with Daifuku Intralogistics and become part of such an innovative and supportive team. #DaifukuTeam #InternshipSuccess #ITCareers #CareerJourney
