Davis Elen is thrilled to announce its launch of a new docuseries shedding light on the extraordinary lives of McDonald’s employees nationwide. Join us on an emotional journey from coast to coast as we delve into the personal stories of McDonald’s team members, revealing their resilience, dreams, and triumphs beyond the restaurant walls. From navigating Asperger’s Syndrome to overcoming homelessness, these stories resonate with us all. The docuseries aims to humanize the QSR workforce, showcasing the diverse experiences that shape McDonald’s employees.

There’s only one designer in the world who can say his finger appears on Johnny Depp's hand in a Pirates of the Caribbean poster: our own account-trotting designer, Carlo Llacar. He designed movie posters straight out of art school, then worked with Audi and Nissan before joining DE on Toyota. When Carlo’s not buying a bougie bagel in town, he’s mountaineering and fishing out of his Subaru Outback like the John Muir of Silver Lake.

This month we attended the Temecula Balloon and Wine Festival with the Toyota SoCal team 🎈 🍷 Our downtown Los Angeles office hosted a beautiful baby shower for our Account Executive, Molly Davis. Congrats, Molly! 💕 The Social team gathered for a summit in Los Angeles and took on the challenge of an escape room as a team-building activity. They escaped with great memories and stronger bonds! 🔓🗝️

Cheers to a month filled with unforgettable moments! ✨ We had the pleasure of hosting an intimate happy hour for our clients against the backdrop of Barcelona's skyline during the McDonald’s Worldwide Convention in Spain. We were honored to join the McDonald’s Pride Employee Benefit Network as they were recognized for their amazing support of The Center on Halsted: A leading non-profit based in Chicago that is dedicated to advancing the welfare of the local LGBTQ+ community. From a thrilling opening night at the Phillies game to catching the Padres in action, every moment was a home run. Cody Guerrero even brought his daughter to her very first Lakers game, all thanks to a lucky DE raffle win! 🏀

Living in the spotlight this month is our gracious Management Supervisor on the Lively team, Gracelyn Cammareri Stanisic. She keeps it light while keeping an eagle eye on every detail for both the team and the client. When the weekend hits, she enjoys the great outdoors, live music, and time with her husband and two-year-old Labradoodle. She's a connoisseur foodie, but being Italian, there's a special place in her heart for pizza.🍕

Participating in the annual Walk for Kids of Ronald McDonald House Charities is a beloved tradition at Davis Elen. Together, we walk to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. Go team DE! 👏

This Month We… Our broadcast team stepped out for an evening of good food and exciting basketball action at the Laker game 🏀 Say Hello to Seattle! We celebrated at the grand opening of the newest McDonald's location in Seattle 🎉 90 of our DE employees gathered at our LA office for our quarterly meeting, while others joined virtually. And yes, we proudly sported our 75th-anniversary letterman jackets! ⭐️ Our VP, Account Director, Ricci Pruden, paid a visit to a Chedraui store in Mexico. 🛒 Senior Account Manager, Leandra Bourgard, took part in Career Day at Loreto Elementary School through the Heal Los Angeles Foundation, sharing valuable insights with eager young minds! 📚

Since starting at DE in 2012, Miriam Falcón has risen from intern tasks to iconic campaigns, now bringing the McDonald’s account to new heights as a Management Supervisor. As a native Angeleno and ride-or-die Dodgers fan, she is slowly reaching her goal of seeing the team play at every MLB ballpark in the country. She also loves her DIY and craft projects and is still known for the handmade Christmas ornaments she gave out during her intern days.
