We're a vibrant small business with promising growth opportunities. Role: Flexible 15-20 hours per week (adjustable), seeking a versatile candidate for order processing, packing, and shipping (handling boxes and some pallets). Responsibilities include disassembling computers, light computer testing (training provided), and a requirement for a MA Driver’s license. Full-time potential with benefits after 6 months of successful collaboration. Compensation: Competitive and variable based on experience, with a minimum starting rate of $20 per hour. We are open to offering a higher rate for exceptional candidates who are the perfect fit for our team. Requirements: Located in Holliston, MA, punctuality, a positive attitude, ability to lift 60lbs, and effective communication skills. Reliability is a non-negotiable requirement. Preferred: IT experience, knowledge of shipping and eBay, willingness to learn, basic Excel proficiency, trustworthiness, comfort with phones, and excellent multitasking abilities. Important: Temp-to-perm position, with no current benefits offered. However, the potential for growth is significant due to our robust business and expansion plans. Ideal Candidate: Offers flexible availability, an interest in the ITAD industry, and a high level of motivation. We value punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude, considering these attributes very often outweigh experience.
