    Following a successful event in Singapore, the DXC Technology Insurance Software & BPS team hosted a #CXO dinner and executive forum for industry leaders in Sydney, demonstrating their commitment to listening to, learning from and acting on feedback from the #DXC insurance community. Highlights include: • Hearing success stories from insurance customers including Catherine Osborne from Marsh, and Nikil Deo and Tim Barratt from Emergence Insurance about how DXC products and services increase productivity and efficiency for their organizations. • Showcasing the investments DXC is making in #AI and #Cloud technologies to meet our insurance customers wherever they are on their transformation journeys. • Unveiling our Protect, Extend and Transform framework that delivers increased business value for the insurance community. Our Insurance Software & BPS team is passionate about partnering with our insurance community to achieve their business objectives and transform the global insurance market. This community comprises 1,000+ insurance customers worldwide, including 21 of 25 of the world’s largest insurance companies.     Neurodivergent individuals bring unique strengths to the workplace, including greater attention to detail, pattern recognition and out-of-the-box thinking. These strengths are particularly important for careers in IT. This week, we’re excited to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our award-winning DXC Dandelion Program, which builds sustainable, long-term careers in IT for neurodivergent people – such as those with autism, ADHD and dyslexia. The current expansion of the DXC Dandelion Program to Italy is another example of our continued commitment to embracing diversity and promoting inclusive employment opportunities for people across the spectrum of abilities and skills. We’re honored to have won 22 international awards for our contribution to socially beneficial initiatives, including a 6th consecutive year recognition as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion by Disability:IN, with a top score of 100 on the prestigious Disability Equality Index®; and the 2024 Autism Inclusion Company of the Year by Disability:IN and SAP. To recognize the 10th anniversary of the DXC Dandelion Program, we’ve identified 10 small acts that people can adopt to create a more sustainable workplace environment for neurodivergent individuals.     The latest DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum — DXC Technology’s invitation-only gathering for leaders from our insurance community — was a resounding success. The event in Singapore saw insurance leaders from more than 60 companies and 20 countries come together for in-person conversations, valuable industry and product information, and success stories from customers including Allianz PNB, Philippines; Dai-ichi Life Insurance Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.; Ghana Re; Great Eastern; KB Life; Kenya Re; Lloyd’s and Prudential, who shared ways they are partnering with DXC on their transformation journey to increase operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Over the past 18 months, the DXC Technology Insurance Software & BPS team has hosted 1,000+ insurance leaders at five executive forums around the world, with Singapore being the sixth.     Well, that was awesome. Our latest DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum lived up to every expectation I had. The sold-out event brought together customers from across Asia, the Middle East and Africa – and gave me and my team the opportunity to lean in and listen to stories of where DXC Technology is making a positive difference. We have invested in people and products over the last year, all based on customer feedback. And this week I was able to hear firsthand the impact that has made. I am proud of our 13,000 employees supporting 1,000+ customers and 1 billion policies, but I am most passionate about helping our customers succeed. At an event like this we listen hard, learn everything we can, and then return home with the singular goal of taking deliberate action to do even better.   Face to face conversations with our customers are so energizing (and we’ll be having more of them next week at our #DXCConnect event in Sydney), so thank you to everyone who attended. Our customers have an average tenure of 18 years with DXC, and I’m heading home even more committed to extending that number. #DXCInsurance #InsuranceSoftware
