At Edgewell Personal Care we always aim to lead with a people first mindset, which helps us practice empathy and show support for one another. We value the diverse perspectives of our teammates, including our veterans. I'm proud of the efforts of our Veteran's Teammate Resource Group to raise awareness around PTSD, as Arlen Lewis explains here. This is just one of the ways we are creating an environment where everyone feels respected, connected, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
Today is National PTSD awareness day in the US. To acknowledge this day, Edgewell's Veteran's Teammate Resource Group (TRG) is hosting an open forum to allow teammates to share experiences, breaking stigma around PTSD and creating space for support and healing. Thank you to all the TRG members and Edgewell teammates who contributed to this event.
