I am excited to be part of this amazing CLE program on unique issues in condominiums. I will be part of a panel discussion on the current state of the condominium insurance market with the Legislative Counsel for Florida Realtors and Citizens Property Insurance's Chief of Communications, Legislative and External Affairs. Come find out if the insurance market is really "fixed" after years of legislative reforms and what the future of the condominium insurance market holds. There are other topics that are just as important for those of you practice in the field of community association law, general real estate, and even probate law. These include presentations on legal issues you only find in condominiums, an update on terminations and the coming increase in terminations, probate issues that are specific to condominiums, and a presentation on ethical issues we all face, but struggle to address - how to tell a client "no" and when to "fire" your client.
