Driven by SD207’s mission to ensure that highly effective learning environments are created and sustained for today’s and tomorrow’s students, teachers, and support staff at each of its three high school campuses, Elara Engineering, as the lead MEPFP design engineer, collaborated with SD207 leaders, staff, and the District's Architect to develop a Master Plan to guide decision-making, project phasing, and fiscal planning. This Master Plan then turned into action as the project team completed a series of renovation and building addition projects totaling $240.7MM.  We invite you to view the attached video to learn more about the planning and project phasing processes undertaken and the IAQ technologies that were implemented. https://lnkd.in/g4n6ZywS

Congratulations to everybody on this team for turning a vision into reality. Looking forward to seeing the positive and enriching impact this project will have on the Bensenville community.

Last Friday , we had the privilege of attending the grand opening of Village of Bensenville Heritage Center, a project our team designed. From the sleek, accessible design, to the inviting interiors, every detail spoke to our commitment to creating spaces that enrich lives. It was a joy seeing the residents exploring the new facility. Seeing our vision come to life in a way that truly serves the community is immensely rewarding. Here's to many more milestones and moments of connection in this vibrant new space! Shout out team: F.H. Paschen Elara Engineering

📢 Earlier this month, some of Moody's senior leadership and our trustees had an opportunity to see the ongoing renovations taking place inside Culbertson Hall. This renovation is ongoing, and Culbertson Hall will reopen for housing students this upcoming fall semester. Please continue to pray for this project. 🙏 We're excited for our students to experience the new space when they return for the fall semester! Daniel Anastasia was happy to attend the recent Dekalb 428 New Elementary School Groundbreaking Ceremony on the behalf of Elara Engineering. The building will serve approximately 550–600 students in grades kindergarten through five and includes dedicated spaces for staff to hold restorative conversations, spaces designed specifically to accommodate services for students with special needs, a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) classroom, dedicated art and music classrooms, innovation pods (open collaborative group learning spaces), and a gymnasium designed as an ICC 500 storm shelter. Congratulations to the entire team who worked on the completion of this project!
