She also values person-centered care, and empowers her clients to collaborate with her in the therapeutic space, and emphasizes the importance of clients’ values and goals for their treatment. Nicole takes an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating CBT, DBT-informed, and art-based/expressive therapy techniques. Nicole has experience working with children ages 7 & up, adolescents, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. She is currently accepting new patients!
